- 1Kg of watermelon
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 3 lemons juice
- 3 lemons juice
- Lot of ice.
First peel the watermelon, then cut it into pieces and reserve. We rinse the mint leaves and crush them in a jar with the sugar.
Now we put the watermelon in the blender glass with the mineral water and the lemon juice. Blend well until we have a homogeneous liquid.
We empty this preparation in the jar of sugar and mint.
Finally, add a handful of ice and stir well. We leave refrigerating an hour to serve cold.
